My journey to Old Wagon
Welcome the Old Wagon Antique Mall story. I started in antiques probably some 35 years ago. Started collecting clocks at the beginning. I got in as a dealer in one of the South Broadway stores. Did this for 15-20 years. I've been in the Old Wagon Antique Mall. For approximately 8 years. I've been retired for the last 12 years from the phone company. When the mall came up for sale and I've been sitting around the house doing nothing. So I thought it would be nice to own the Mall. My age concerned me a little but not too much after all I have been sitting around for years anyway so it would be nice to do something different.
My experience of being in malls throughout Denver off and made me think that I could make this a very good Mall. So the beginning, The first 3 months was extremely tiring. Learning all the new systems and trying to figure out how to do things a different way. We have really upgraded the mall into vintage and antiques and collectibles. A very interesting Mall because it's clean and not cluttered or crowded. That is one of my pet peeves I should say. When you shop you should be able to see what's in each dealer space. So my story has started. With the help of a lot of friends and family it's came together to be the antique mall that I wanted.
